Affordable Housing Loan Program Application Queue

FUNDING AVAILABILITY

As of June 30, 2010, the amount available for affordable housing loans is $14,270,000. Approximately $3,600,000 must be used toward the development of units serving individuals and families at the 50% AMI Level.

LOAN PROGRAM APPLICATIONS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW

The loan applications are listed by project name, applicant and requested loan amount, as well as the order their complete application was received by the City.

1)	Laguna Ridge Apartments, St. Anton Partners & Pacific Housing, Inc., $10,700,000
2)	Waterman Square Apartments Phase II, CFY Development Inc., Egis Group, Inc., and Community Revitalization and Development Corporation, $9,860,635
