October 15, 2003 — Photos from a flyover of Elk Grove aboard a Southwest Airlines passenger liner:

View includes the industrial area and the lands south of Elk Grove View includes the industrial area and the Elk Grove Triangle area The Laguna Ridge area and central Elk Grove Development in the East Franklin Specific Plan Neighborhoods north of Elk Grove Blvd. The northern portion of Laguna West and the regional wastewater treatment plant.

 

March 2002 — The photos below were taken in March, 2002, by Planning staff member Craig Hoffman. Compare these views with the 2003 aerials to see the new growth in the East Franklin area.
