Elk Grove Triangle
The City of Elk Grove has adopted a comprehensive plan for the "Elk Grove Triangle" area east of Bradshaw Road. The "Triangle" (shown in the maps below) is bounded by Bond Road on the north, Grant Line Road on the east, and Bradshaw Road on the west. The plan calls for the establishment of land use and development standards that retain the rural character of the area.
The Elk Grove City Coucil Adopted the Elk Grove Triangle Special Plan, which went into effect on May 24th, 2004.
