May 11, 2005: The Laguna Ridge Public Facilities Financing Plan was adopted by the Elk Grove City Council

June 16, 2004: The Laguna Ridge Specific Plan was adopted by the Elk Grove City Council

August 3, 2005: The Laguna Ridge Specific Plan Design Guidelines Approved. Click here to view the approved document.

The Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Laguna Ridge Specific Plan was available for public review (starting October 31, 2001).  The deadline for public review ended on December 17, 2001.
