Special Planning Area (SPA) Visioning Workshop

The Old Town SPA defines acceptable land uses and establishes architectural design guidelines. The first community meeting for the SPA will focus on several “big picture” questions that will shape Old Town Elk Grove’s future including the boundaries of the SPA and what works best in Old Town - restaurants, retail, office, or something else? The results of this meeting will form the framework on which the updated SPA will be designed. You can be a part of the process and learn more by participating in the workshop.
