Review Draft of the Old Town SPA

The public review draft of the Old Town SPA is completed! It is based on the 1999 Conceptual Master Plan and on input received during three community meetings held in October 2004, November 2004, and December 2004. The final community meeting is scheduled for April 20, 2004 to receive comment on the public review draft. A final draft will then be scheduled on both the Planning Commission and City Council agendas.
